Overnight Oats Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
- 1363g Kirkland nonfat plain Greek yogurt (~273g per portion)
- 218g One Degree Organic sprouted rolled oats (~44g per portion)
- 109g Simple Truth PB powder (~22g per portion)
- 670g blueberries (~134g per portion)
Instructions
- In a large bowl or container, combine the Greek yogurt, sprouted oats, and PB powder. Stir until fully incorporated and no dry pockets remain.
- Fold in the blueberries (or reserve to top per-serving if you want them firm).
- Divide evenly into 5 containers (~536g each).
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) so the oats hydrate and the mix thickens.
- Eat cold. Optionally stir in cocoa powder or top with dark chocolate for a dessert finish.
