
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers
Cook time: 15 minutes
Jalapeños stuffed with cheese and wrapped with bacon.
NOTES: Mad easy. Mad delicious. Perfect side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 Jalapeños, hollowed
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 8oz shredded cheese of your choice
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions
- Cut a “T” into one side of your Jalapeños and scoop out the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until thoroughly mixed.
- Preheat air frier for 10 minutes at 400°
- Stuff each pepper with cheese mixture and wrap with one slice of bacon. Wrap the ends of the bacon underneath so they stay together.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 350°
- Eat them all in one sitting.
