Banana Bread Baked Oats

It is baked oats which essentially ends up being bread. Make this when you want oatmeal that you can take in a container or a bag
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Add eggs, bananas (save about half of a banana for slicing on top), oats, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder to a blender. Blend on high until a creamy batter forms, about 30 seconds.
- Slice up the remaining half a banana into coins.
- Pour batter into air fryer
- Add chocolate chips if using and stir.
- Add some chocolate chips and banana slices on top if preferred.
- Pop them in your air fryer and cook at 300 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Oats will be done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
