Banana Bread Baked Oats

It is baked oats which essentially ends up being bread. Make this when you want oatmeal that you can take in a container or a bag

  1. Add eggs, bananas (save about half of a banana for slicing on top), oats, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder to a blender. Blend on high until a creamy batter forms, about 30 seconds.
  2. Slice up the remaining half a banana into coins.
  3. Pour batter into air fryer
  4. Add chocolate chips if using and stir.
  5. Add some chocolate chips and banana slices on top if preferred.
  6. Pop them in your air fryer and cook at 300 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Oats will be done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
