
Beef Burgers with Kale and Cheese

Burgers. But the have kale. So it's healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) ground beef
- ½ pound (227 g) beef sausage, crumbled
- 1½ cups chopped kale
- ¼ cup chopped scallions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup grated Romano cheese
- ¹⁄₃ cup crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried sage
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Place 1½ cups of water and a steamer basket in your Instant Pot.
- Mix all ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 6 equal sized patties. Place the burgers in the steamer basket.
- Secure the lid. Choose Manual mode and High Pressure; cook for 6 minutes. Once cooking is complete, use a quick pressure release; carefully remove the lid.
