Beef Stroganoff With Draniks

Beef in creamy sauce with mushrooms and onion along side spaghetti squash prepared however makes sense for the amount of time you have
Ingredients
Stroganoff
- 1lb beef sirloin (or whatever cut you want)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 1c mushrooms
- 1c beef broth
- 1c sour cream (or plain greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- fresh parsley for garnish (optional only if you don’t love yourself)
Draniks
- 4 large potatoes, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
- oil for frying
- s&p
Instructions
- melt butter in pan (don’t burn it) and saute onion until trans
- add mushrooms and cook until softened
- in the same pan, sear the beef
- add broth, mustard, and sour cream, simmer for 10 minutes
- mix potates, egg, flour, s&p in a mixing bowl
- heat oil in another pan and make some panqueques
- server stoganoff over delicious draniks
- also you can server this over rice or pasta or spaghooter squishes. Really any carb or carb substitute you want
