Chicken Pesto Skillet

Healthy keto one skillet chicken dish
Ingredients
- 2 lb Chicken Breast Tenders
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 lb Broccoli Floretsd
- 10oz Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 13oz Pesto
- Shredded Parmesan
Instructions
- Slice chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with s&p and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken in hot skillet with oil.
- Remove chicken and deglaze with chicken broth.
- Add broccoli and tomatoes to pan and place lid on top. Steam for 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- turn off heat and stir in chicken and pesto until evenly mixed.
- Top with parmesan and serve
