Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with s&p and garlic powder.
  2. Cook chicken in hot skillet with oil.
  3. Remove chicken and deglaze with chicken broth.
  4. Add broccoli and tomatoes to pan and place lid on top. Steam for 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  5. turn off heat and stir in chicken and pesto until evenly mixed.
  6. Top with parmesan and serve
