Chili Pork Ribs
Cook time: 30 minutes
Spicy ass pork ribs made in the pressure cooker so they're mad tender
Ingredients
- 2 lbs country style pork ribs
- 1 red pepper, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1.5 cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- Set your instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the chili, pepper flakes, the onion and the paprika and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the meat and brown for 5 minutes more.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, toss, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes.
- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the ribs between plates and serve.
