Crab Fried Rice

Fried rice with crab. And it's keto. So you can eat a whole bunch and then not be able to poop because cauliflower
Ingredients
- 4 cups of cauliflower rice (raw)
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons crushed ginger
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons rice cooking wine
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 8 oz crab meat
Instructions
- Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant
- Add cauliflower rice
- Add the pepper, soy sauce, and wine vinegar
- Beat the egg and mix it well
- Mix in the crab and cook for two more minutes
