
Deviled Eggs

Simple deviled egg recipe. The way to make them awesome is to add stuff to the filling.
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp horseradish mustard
- S & P to taste
- cayenne
Instructions
- Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl.
- Combine yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. A mixer really helps.
- Put equal amounts of mixture in each halved egg. Sprinkle with cayenne.
