Edible Cookie Dough

Protein packed edible cookie dough. Something sweet that won't fuck up your macros
Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut flour (can substitute with almond, peanut, or gluten-free oat flour)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (32 to 34 grams, optional)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup ¼ cup (or more) milk of choice (dairy-free, if necessary)
- Chocolate chips/trail mix/etc., to top
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and set them aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stove top, melt your nut butter with the maple syrup until they are combined. Pour the nut butter mixture into the dry mixture and mix until a crumbly batter remains.
- Add your milk of choice a tablespoon at a time until a cookie dough remains. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate to thicken up.
