Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
- 2⁄3 cup no-sugar-added creamy cashew butter
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 5 drops liquid stevia
- 1⁄4 cup crushed cashews
Instructions
- Heat butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add cashew butter and stir until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop mixture by rounded spoonfuls in a single layer.
- Freeze 1 hour. Remove from freezer and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
