Jack Cheese Salsa Chicken

Simple cheesy chicken. Super delicious and super quick.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) - 2 lbs
- Avocado oil - 2 tablespoons
- Taco seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salsa (you can use drained pico de gallo) - 12 oz
- Shredded monterrey jack cheese - 1 ½ cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Add the chicken to your cast iron Dutch oven.
- Drizzle the oil on top and sprinkle over with the taco seasoning.
- Place the salsa on top and sprinkle the cheese over it.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, until the cheese becomes bubbly.
- Add the toppings and serve.
