Jalapeño Wispy Chips

Cheddar and parmesan chips with jalapeños and bacon. Super easy to make and no carbs
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 medium jalapeños, thinly sliced in rings
- 6 strips no-sugar-added bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 380°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put 1-tablespoon-sized mounds of Parmesan on the baking sheet, 1” apart, until all Parmesan is distributed.
- Top each mound with an equal amount of Cheddar and press down to form compact circles no more than 2” across.
- Place a jalapeño ring centered on top of each circle. Cover evenly with bacon bits.
- Bake 10–13 minutes until firm and starting to brown. Serve warm.
