No Bake Brownies
Cook time: 20 minutes
Simple brownies that are healthy (read not as bad for you as normal brownies)
Ingredients
Brownies
- 1 ¼ cup Roasted Almonds or raw almonds
- ⅓ cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
- ½ cup + 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
Frosting
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Brownies
- Add all brownie ingredients to food processor.
- Process on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer batter 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the brownie while you prepare the frosting.
Frosting
- Double boil coconut oil and sweetener
- Add in vanilla and cocoa until well incorporated and frost brownies
- Return to freezer until frosting is set
- With a warm knife, cut into 16 brownies
