
Orange Crush Chicken

A simple keto chicken dish that takes a little while but is really easy and hands off.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ½ medium white onion, peeled and sliced into wedges
- ¼ cup no-sugar-added ketchup
- 12 ounces Diet Orange Crush soda
- ⅓ cup 0g net carbs sweetener
- 2 cups chopped (1” chunks) red and green bell pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except bell peppers to a slow cooker and stir to blend. Cook on high 2 hours, 30 minutes.
- Add bell peppers to slow cooker. Continue cooking 30 minutes on high.
- Let cool and evenly divide into two bowls. Serve warm.
