Quick keto fat bombs that taste like pizza
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 6 large kalamata olives, pitted
- 12 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- In a small food processor, process all ingredients except basil until they form a smooth cream, about 30 seconds.
- Form mixture into 6 balls with the aid of a spoon.
- Place 1 basil leaf on top and bottom of each ball and secure with a toothpick.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
