
Shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning

A simple shrimp appetizer. Serve with a side of [Cauliflower Mac and Cheese](/recipes/cauliflower-mac-and-cheese) to make it a main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) medium shelled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- ¼ teaspoon powdered erythritol
- ¼ cup full-fat mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp in butter, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Place shrimp into the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F (205ºC) and set the timer for 7 minutes.
- Flip the shrimp halfway through the cooking time. Shrimp will be bright pink when fully cooked.
- In another large bowl, mix sriracha, powdered erythritol, mayonnaise, and pepper. Toss shrimp in the spicy mixture and serve immediately.
