Tender Turkey Tetrazzini

Cheesy turkey and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 14 ounces (397 g) turkey, breast, cooked, shredded
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounces (57 g) Parmesan, grated
- 1 cup spaghetti squash, chopped, cooked
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Mozzarella, shredded
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Put shredded turkey, mushrooms, Parmesan, and spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot. Mix up well.
- In the mixing bowl, mix up butter, heavy cream, Mozzarella, and water.
- Pour the liquid over the turkey.
- Close and seal the lid.
- Cook the meal on Manual mode at High Pressure for 20 minutes. Allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
