Turnip Greens & Artichoke Chicken

A quick bake recipe with artichokes that make you look like you know wtf you're doing in the kitchen because who tf uses artichokes?
Ingredients
- 4 oz canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup turnip greens
- ¼ cup Pecorino cheese, grated
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 oz Monterrey Jack, shredded
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the chicken slices on the bottom. Season with pepper and salt. Set in the oven at 350 F and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and spread over the artichokes.
- Top with Monterrey cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
