Creamy chicken drumsticks with spinach and sundried tomatos
Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ounce (28 g) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
- Close and seal the lid.
- Cook the meal on Manual mode at High Pressure for 12 minutes.
- Then allow the natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with hot sauce from the Instant Pot.
