Base Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry: In a large bowl, combine oats, collagen peptides, baking powder, salt, and any dry spices.
- Mix Wet: In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Add any sweeteners.
- Combine: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Add Fruit: Gently fold in your chosen fruit and any mix-ins (save some to sprinkle on top if desired).
- Bake: Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly golden. Test with a toothpick in the center.
- Cool and Store: Let cool completely, then cut into 6 portions. Store in airtight containers in the fridge.
- Reheat: Microwave individual portions for 30-45 seconds before eating.
