Toddler No-Heat Meals — Daycare Bag
Cook time: 15 min
Cold-hold toddler options that need no reheating — cottage cheese fruit cups, yogurt oat tubs, bean and cheese roll-ups, and a mild toddler pasta salad. Assemble on prep day, grab in the morning.
NOTES: Cottage cheese and yogurt cups are the most protein-dense; roll-ups and pasta bring iron and carbs. Fruit cups and yogurt tubs hold ~4 days, roll-ups and pasta salad ~3 days.
