A lean 93/7 beef burger on a keto bun with american cheese, pickles, and basic condiments, served alongside oil-light air fryer fries seasoned with garlic and paprika.

  1. Cut the potato into fries (no need to peel). Soak in cold water for 10 minutes if you want them crispier, then pat dry.
  2. Air fry the fries plain at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  3. While the fries cook, form the ground beef into a patty slightly wider than the bun (it’ll shrink).
  4. Cook the patty in a hot pan or on a griddle, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Top with american cheese in the last minute to melt.
  5. Toast the keto bun if desired. Spread ketchup and mustard on the bun, add the patty, top with pickle chips, and close.
  6. When the fries are done, transfer to a bowl, hit them with a couple quick sprays of avocado oil, then toss with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  7. Serve the burger with the fries.
