Another really simple and quick dinner for when you are lazy. Also it has everything you need in it to include a whole bunch of protein.

  1. Cut potatoes into ~1-inch pieces and cook them in a large dutch oven with a little bit of spray oil.
  2. Once the potatoes have cooked down a little, add the ground turkey to the dutch oven and brown.
  3. Once the turkey is mostly cooked, add the beans and tomatoes — neither drained. This meal needs the liquid.
  4. Let it all cook together for a bit, then add the cheese and season (salt, garlic powder, paprika, and chicken bouillon).
  5. Lastly, add the spinach and cook with the lid on until the spinach wilts.
  6. Mix everything together and portion out.
